Directions from New Orleans to Bayou DuLarge:
>Take US 90 to first Houma exit. Exit and follow signs to Houma. You will be on old US 90 which will take you right through Houma.
>First traffic light in Houma will be at Park Avenue. You will see a big bridge to your left. Turn RIGHT onto Park Avenue.
>Next traffic light will be at Barrow Street. Turn LEFT onto Barrow Street.
>Follow Barrow Street all the way through to the south side of Houma. Old US 90 will turn off to your right, but do not turn here; stay with the road you are on.
>You will come to a high drawbridge over the Intracoastal Canal. Continue on over this bridge, and on the other side of the bridge turn RIGHT.
>This will now bring you back almost underneath the bridge to a stop sign were you must turn either left or right. You must turn LEFT.
>Congratulations! You are now on Bayou DuLarge Road (Hwy 315). Stay on this road, continuing South for about sixteen miles (that's a guess).
>When you cross over a drawbridge (Falgout Canal), you will have 2.5 miles left to go.
>Look for house #2503 (the number is on the mailbox). This is the home of Calvin and Rosie Dehart, where our church meets at this time. If you are not early, there will be a lot of cars parked up and down both sides of the highway.
>If you wish to visit us at our home, just keep on traveling south about a half mile.
>Look on your left for a large blue vinyl covered building built up off the ground on pilings. That's our church building and it's the largest building on Bayou DuLarge. I don't think you could miss it if you tried.
>We live in a trailer-house about 200 feet before you get to this big blue building. Box 2567 is on the mailbox in front of our place.
